For many years I practiced and was successful, but I just kept thinking that there had to be a better way. I reached out to Perform DDS to see what they could offer and I have been blown away! My practice is better in almost every way, the morale is up and production and profitability are way up..., I just took my wife on our dream vacation! I have used Perform DDS in my practice for 6 years, I honestly cannot imagine where we would be if I had not had the support and structure that they bring. I constantly tell people if you don't use them, you are crazy! I knew that I could talk to patients, had a beautiful practice, and a good staff, but something was missing. Perform DDS showed us how to come together, to communicate as a team, and to focus on common goals. What is wrong with us dentists? Why are we so resistant to getting some help? I know I was. I waited YEARS to look into getting some outside, independent help, and wow, I am blown away by David and his approach. I have heard horror stories about ‘consultants’ and how rough, tough, and expensive they are, often with little to no benefit. That has not been my experience. In fact, after the first meeting, Perform DDS was essentially free to me because the ROI I got from that initial meeting MORE than paid for their services! I was an athlete growing up, and I now see that we all need a coach. That’s what I call Dave—my coach. Several times a week, we talk about the practice, about me, what I want, what I'm afraid of, and what I am willing to do to achieve my goals. This is NOT just consulting; it's like life coaching combined with tough love— which I need! Unlike any of my peers, or even my wife or family, David understands my practice and my team intimately. Heck, I think he speaks to them more than I do! Because of this, his input and feedback aren't some cookie-cutter responses; they are guidance tailored FOR ME—just ME. I cannot emphasize enough how much David and his team have helped not only me but also my family and staff.

Honestly, I'm not exactly sure how he does it. He talks, and we grow. It's astounding. Many of these methods I've tried numerous times with my staff, but David has a unique way of helping both my staff and me move past our challenges. It's as if he's a "staff whisperer" or something! You'd be remiss not to engage with him and at least open yourself up to a new way of thinking!

I started with Dave and Perform DDS about 6 months ago, and I'm so mad I waited. I was really struggling and felt that I was stupid; my practice was not growing, and both my staff and I were really in the dumps. I hired Dave and his team as a last resort... What a turnaround! We are up by about 40%, with more new patients, increased production and profit, and we are now doing 2 ortho cases a month whereas we were doing zero before. I am so relieved. I can't emphasize enough how kind, compassionate (but FIRM) Dave has been, not only with my staff but also with me. I really needed someone outside my staff to vent to. Thanks so much, Perform!!!
