What is wrong with us dentists? Why are we so resistant to getting some help? I know I was. Heck, I think he speaks to them more than I do! Because of this, his input and feedback aren't some cookie-cutter responses; they are guidance tailored FOR ME—just ME. I cannot emphasize enough how much David and his team have helped not only me but also my family and staff.

Honestly, I'm not exactly sure how he does it. He talks, and we grow. It's astounding. Many of these methods I've tried numerous times with my staff, but David has a unique way of helping both my staff and me move past our challenges. It's as if he's a "staff whisperer" or something! You'd be remiss not to engage with him and at least open yourself up to a new way of thinking!

I started with Dave and Perform DDS about 6 months ago, and I'm so mad I waited. I was really struggling and felt that I was stupid; my practice was not growing, and both my staff and I were really in the dumps. I hired Dave and his team as a last resort... What a turnaround!
